2007 Cultural Industries Projects
The Cultural Industries Projects are nearing completion in 2007. The Projects have involved the development, validation and endorsement of units of competency and qualifications within the following sectors:

  • Interactive Digital Media (redeveloping and improving existing units/qualifications) – Complete!
  • Film TV Radio (redeveloping and improving existing units/qualifications) – Complete!
  • Music (redeveloping and improving existing units/qualifications) – Still Under Development…
  • Photoimaging (developing new units/qualifications at Diploma level) – Version 2 Drafts Available for Comment


Draft units and qualifications have been progressively added to IBSA's Review and Feedback register for comment (a login is required). Go to http://www.ibsa.org.au/review/index.jsp to comment. 2007 Professional Development for RTOs

The Department of Education and Training offers a comprehensive professional development program for registered training organisations (RTOs) to assist them in improving their operations and the quality of service delivery in training and assessment.
